The experience was great, I don’t think I needed the complete diagnostic for an overheating problem, I was given pictures of my bodywork and cracked windows, Romay’s isn’t a body shop, I also noticed the printed receipt didn’t show the cost of my radiator and the labor was vague. Everything should be itemized better, it’s not clear what the costs were. The guys do a good job.

The service here was great, the workers were very professional when I went to take my car for a tune up.

Very professional I spoke to Taylor throughout my ordeal He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable I would call him 2or more times He never got irritated .
