This is second time I used Romay. First time no issues. They were recommended by my pastor/friend. They had SUV bout a week.Said it was ready. Went to pick up.. I paid. When I started my SUV to leave, the cooling problem wasn't fixed...car did the same thing. I was still in Romays parking lot. Still paying rental car out of pocketr & waiting for SUV...cant afford the rental much longer.

Todd was simply amazing today! With loved ones adversely effected by the flooding tragedies, he made certain I was taken care of professionally, expeditiously and with care! Todd went above and beyond standard service. He made sure my vehicle was sage to drive. It is clear to me why Romay's Auto Service keeps being awarded the Best of the Best!!! This place was amazing! Marcus and his techs took care of my car and if it weren't for my car warranty they would of been able to to get my car back to being new. Will be doing business with them in the future. Thank you for all you do.
