Excellent Service! I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the lobby. I have to admit Romay's gives excellent service and if you need other services they send you pictures to your cellphone to see the condition of what needs service soon. I own an Audi A6 and have told my friends who own imports to visit this shop. I will be back again with my other vehicle.

The sales person added on much not needed repairs to what the mechanic advised. i repaired the loud squeek and loose suspension for uner $1k. The sales person quoted well over $6k. i must have appeared an idiot. sad business practice.
