I remember what lady helped me but she was not very helpful at the end when I picked up my car I kept trying to ask about the inspection they made on my car it seems like she was too busy putting batteries in a box and I left very unsatisfied with my my questions not being answered.

Second time choosing to bring my vehicle here (first was my AC, second was to run a diagnostic on my car for it leaving me stranded) The service here is always professional, fast and friendly. I love how they communicate with you and send you all the information with pictures of your car. Checkout and payment definitely made easy.

Taylor is the man! He listened to my problem, told me I could come in and have him look at it. He took even less than time than he mentioned all while explaining everything in great detail and in a way I was able to understand. Overall great service!

Art was excellent they received my truck around 1100 on a Monday and had me back in my truck before they closed up on Tuesday. They were very professional and the price was great considering Autonation wanted 240.00 just to diagnose and couldn't even look at my truck for at least 4 days. Highly recommend Romays for all your vehicle needs.
