Romay's has solid service and Mike would always make sure I was updated regarding progress made on my cars issue (intermittent battery light). I had to go back to the shop a second time due to the issue reappearing. But they uncovered the real issue after they found out the dealership never informed me about a maintenance bulletin for the battery. Under their warranty I didn't have to pay any extra service costs which was appreciated. Problem has been fixed, Mike and the Romay team went above and beyond and did Subaru's job for them.

Always excellent. And I have standards. I trust these guys and rely on them for everything having to do with all of my vehicles, when I can. I also recommend them to friends and family. I'm picky.

The young fella in the front was a sweet heart and he help me a lot. I will be back to get my oil change there and if I have any issues with my Audi. Being a woman it hard to trust people with your car and they made me feel I can trust them. Thank you guys
