I have to say that Romay's has the best customer service and kept me informed throughout the process of my vehicle. They were not able to repair my vehicle as it turned out to be a major problem, but did refer me to the dealer.

If your on the fence on where to go this is your sign to choose Romay’s ! They’re very professional, trustworthy and efficient! I took my vehicle in at 8am they shuttled me to work and picked me up from work at 5 and the job was well done !!!

Honest and reasonable cost for repairs to foreign vehicles. I like the fact that the staff are pretty much the same faces each time you visit - it shows that the staff are looked after and it shows in terms of the job that they do, with professional and honest service being their trademark. Nice place also to relax while the work is being done, with clean restroom and coffee and hot chocolate available. Please get some tea pods for the Kurig though, as not everyone drinks coffee and hot chocolate!! Also if you want to wait and you're not into contemporary Christian music, bring some headphones!

Brought my vehicle in for an electrical issue the team at Romays was very nice and helpful, they fixed my electrical issue as well as an issue with my steering, the pricing is very fair for the work that needed to be preformed would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done and will definitely come back in the future 😊

Over the course of the past few years, we have always had a great relationship with Romay's. They have a great front office staff and very knowledgeable technicians. Additionally Romay's is recognized by repairauto.com for their expertise. I can't see us going anywhere else for our auto repair.
