By no means an incentivized review - after a several month stretch of countless visits to several shops including the dealership who could not properly diagnose and repair my European export Romay’s proved to be professional, reliable, timely, and true to their word. This is not a light statement. These are not common attributes in the car repair shop, rare at best. This is a quality business with commendable character. The music that’s played in the lobby also creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I can recommend this shop to my friends, family, and colleagues.

First time at Romay’s. Had an oil change and tire rotation as a test run. We have been looking for an alternate service rep to avoid traveling to San Antonio. I was happy with the service and the folks were kind. We will be back.

Very through. Gave me a detailed list of all the issues that were found. Everything was prioritized and priced. They let me know which were critical and what could wait. They called every day with a status of what was completed and what was left to do. I would highly recommend Romany’s.

It was around 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I noticed my car A/C was not working and my car was jerking while at the light and drive thru. When my car suddenly overheated and I automatically knew something was wrong cause I had just checked my fluid levelsI. knew Romay's was right around the corner but had never used their services...Man.. I wish I had. I gave them a call and they told me to come right in. Not only did they pinpoint the problem in just a couple of hours.Which was the fan assembly and coolant assembly. But I was back on the road by 1 o'clock the next day.. Overall ...Great experience...I will definitely be a customer for all future car problems... Highly recommend
