One of the best Auto Service companies around today. The customer service is second to none! Our car started having engine trouble on our way home to San Antonio from Port Aransas. We knew we couldn't continue our trip home without getting it checked out and we were very anxious about choosing a full service Auto Care center because we were not familiar with the area. Fortunately we chose Romay's Auto Service in Corpus Christi. We called ahead and Freddy the Service manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, he advised us to bring it into the shop so they could check on it for us and when I tell you they went above and beyond, believe me! They immediately took our vehicle in for inspection and came back with some bad news, extensive work was going to be necessary! They advised not to continue the trip home driving our vehicle, which left us in a bind because we were traveling with 2 children and pulling a trailer! We were stressing and started calling for a rental car when the owner overheard us and so graciously and kindly offered to loan us his vehicle to get us home which also so conveniently also could tow the trailer as well. We had about 150 miles to travel so that was a big favor he extended to us and we are forever grateful because we were able to get our family home safely and before dark which was great. Again these guys are going to give you the best treatment you'll ever get at an Auto Service! On top of everything else they have kept our vehicle at their shop until we could arrange for it's transport home! They charged a nominal fee for checking our vehicle, charged nothing for the use of their vehicle or for storage. Doesn't get better than that. Thank you Romay's!
