Paul and the team were friendly and approachable. I called earlier for a quote and as I came in he knew exactly what I came in for based on our conversation over the phone. They educated me on how the brake system works and what needed to be done and why. The process of fixing was lengthy as expected but thankfully they had the parts available and I was able to get back to Kingsville before it was time to pickup my kids from school. I appreciate their time and efforts especially as a walk-in.

I own a 1997 E36 and not too many mechanics are willing to work on my car. Romay’s went above and beyond. They helped fix my a/c issue and directed towards other areas of concern through their full inspection. I will be using Romay’s for all of my future repairs on my foreign vehicles.
