A big shout out for Romay's Paul and Andy! Listened to my dilemma, arranged for tow, provided me with a loaner so I could go about my errands and business. The next day, my Ford SUV was repaired, the problem explained to me and provided a assessment report on the whole SUV with recommendations for keeping the vehicle running correctly and safely. That's super service in my book!

Outstanding service! Paul and Andy helped me with my 2016 SUV and helped me immensely with a loaner as my vehicle needed to stay overnight. What a blessing! An added plus--- an assessment report with pics and recommendations of the vital components of the SUV. Basically a "heads up" on issues that could be big problems later. A very cool safety benefit of their services. I highly recommend this auto shop if you're looking for expert repair with courtesy and honesty as part of their business platform.
